Colourant CI – 3050 FB admixture is special design for Fly Ash Bricks manufacturer. In this admixture we have develop Fast Accelerator and High Range Water Reducer. Our concrete admixture is an extensively used in construction materials all over cement concrete products & which is add to the concrete whilst making modification and making it stronger. Although concrete is very strong substance itself adding our CI – FB 3050 admixture in fly ash mortar which makes it stronger, water- resistant and immune to the all kinds of weather conditions. It can be used as fining agent who helps to remove small air bubbles from the molten glass.

 Colourant admixture for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks helps to reduce high range water and accelerator for the strengthening of AAC blocks and concrete with less water consumption. It is also a water proofer, Denser, helps keeping the concrete light as well as provides optimum strength with long lasting effect. Its helps to increase high speed workability, highly affective strengthener with large water reduction, prevents segregation, economical & cement saving without any compromises with strength, helps the chemical reaction between aluminum, lime and gypsum to form HCS. Our chemical is suitable for strengthening of AAC Blocks. Helps getting rid of cracking, shrinkage and big air bubbles. The invention discloses a special admixture for an autoclaved aerated concrete block, which comprises the components of oil naphthalene the silicon-calcium ratio, is more reasonable, and the special admixture can be reacted more fully and effectively, thus aerated concrete can obtain better strength.

CLC Block improves workability and strength while hastening the hydration of cement. It makes the mix easier to place and speeds the production of fly ash bricks or blocks by shortening the initial set and curing time. Time and labor are saved because forms and other protection can be removed earlier and finishing can be started.

Our chemical improves the binding properties of soil sticking in dies/box of soil is reduced so that the finish of brick is improved .Our chemical is an environmentally friendly improvement measure for red clay.
